Everything about this place is perfect honestly. No complaints with the food. Everything was very fresh and made with care. Salads were nice and crispy not soggy. The pho broth was very rich with flavor, best I've had. Not to mention the pricing is very reasonable in my opinion.

My daughter took me here. It was our first time trying Pho. We both got the Pho Special which had steak, flank, tripe and meat balls. It was very flavorful and delicious. Also we had Fresh Salad and shrimp egg roll with peanut sauce and Salt and Pepper Calamari and it was great! We We'll definitely go again.

**Overall Rating: 3/5** * **Food:** 2.5/5 * **Service:** 5/5 * **Atmosphere:** 3.5/5 The service is wonderful, but the food was a mixed bag. The servers are efficient, friendly, and give this place great potential. We ordered the fresh pork and shrimp spring rolls, Pho Tái Nạm Bò Viên Gân, and the lotus salad (Gỏi Ngó Sen Tôm Thịt). The pho was decent and acceptable for the area. However, the lotus salad was highly disappointing—honestly one of the worst we’ve had. The nước chấm lacked depth and flavor, and the ngó sen was clearly old, tough, and stringy with every bite. This happens when the lotus root is either too old and fibrous or improperly prepared. As Vietnamese people who are originally from California (where there's an abundance of delicious Viet food) and travel to Vietnam every year, we admit we are highly critical of Vietnamese cuisine. This spot has great structural bones and wonderful staff, so it’s worth checking out for yourself, but the kitchen needs a bit more quality control on the traditional dishes.

Oh.my.goodness! I am so impressed with this restaurant's food! I'm visiting the area and was craving a good and hearty bowl of pho. I searched for local pho spots and spent an hour combing through the reviews. I was convinced that this would be it so I gave Pho Today a shot. I'm so glad I did. For one, my husband doesn't eat pho at all but he actually gave it another try and was impressed. We both got the build your own bowl with shrimp and chicken. Absolutely delicious. There is a generous portion of protein and noodles. They happily accommodated any toppings request such as extra onions and jalepenos. The beef broth is slightly sweet but once all the sauces and toppings are added, its absolutely perfect. Their house made chili sauce is spicy but packed with flavor. I also got a side order of the pork chop which was just as yummy! But I was so full so I had to take it to go. Please give this place a try. I received excellent customer service and excellent food. Even detailed explanations of the various dishes and sauces. The aroma of the broth captivates you as soon as you walk in. Food and drinks came quickly. First time here and the atmosphere was nice. I got the oxtail pho which I was super excited to try, but tell me why the oxtail was so tough. The meat wouldn’t come off the bones. Highly disappointed as this bowl was 20 dollars. The short rib plate was great tho the flavor on the meat and veggies were sooo good. I will not get the oxtail pho again and recommend they let the meat cook over night
